Lifelong Learning

Lifelong Learning

An important aspect of the ENLIGHT alliance is to support lifelong learning (LLL), which enables an individual to continuously expand their knowledge and skills in response to developing societal challenges. At ENLIGHT, a lifelong student is an individual, who actively participates in gaining knowledge and skills throughout their entire life. This personal process contains both formal education as well as informal opportunities, and places emphasis on personal growth, adaptability and constantly gaining new competences separate from traditional education.

Since the goal of ENLIGHT is to create an integrated space for all learners, including LLL in various ecosystems and educational activities is supported by ENLIGHT alliance members. Offers for LLL at ENLIGHT partner universities can be found here: University of the Basque Country, University of Bern, University of Bordeaux, Comenius University in Bratislava, University of Galway, University of Gent, University of Göttingen, University of Groningen, University of Tartu, University of Uppsala.
