How to apply for a traineeship?
Comenius University students have the opportunity to participate in a work traineeship abroad through the Erasmus+ programme after graduation.
Graduate traineeships, funded by the EU under the Erasmus+ programme, are organised in cooperation with WorkSpace Europe. For more information about WorkSpace Europe, please see www.workspaceeurope.sk.
You can complete a graduate internship in all EU countries (except Slovakia) + North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Türkiye.
You fill in the application form directly on the https://wse.solidintern.com/login. Each faculty then sets a selection procedure date. For further information, please contact the faculty Erasmus office. The application process will be open until 31 May 2023.
- You must fulfil the conditions set by your faculty, and be successful in the faculty selection process while still in the final year of full-time study at a CU. Students in their final year of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree studies can apply.
- You must complete your traineeship within one year after graduation, but you must apply while you are still a student.
Duration of the traineeship
The minimum duration of the traineeship is 2 months, i.e. 60 days in one host organisation. The maximum duration depends on how many months of mobility you have already completed as an Erasmus+ undergraduate student (study and/or traineeship).
Number of months funded: maximum 3 months, grant amount 670 € – 720 € per month (depending on the country).
Number of hours worked: 35 – 40 hours per week
When I can go?: after my state exams - the traineeship must be completed within 12 months of graduation.
