How can we help you?

Career counseling is not just about writing a CV or preparing for an interview. We can guide you in the following areas:

  • Self-exploration and strengths: Discover your talents, competencies, and values using innovative methods and psychological tests.
  • Academic and career direction: Navigate your options, overcome decision-making uncertainty, and choose a direction that makes sense for you.
  • Job market preparation: Create an up-to-date CV, cover letter, or professional LinkedIn profile.
  • Self-presentation and job interviews: Practice mock interviews in a safe environment, gain confidence in communicating your strengths, and navigate the topic of salary expectations.
  • Career management skills: Learn to manage your time more effectively, set priorities, build networks, and prevent burnout while still at university.

How does the counseling process work?

The counseling process is tailored to your needs. It usually consists of three consecutive phases, but you can start with whichever one suits you best:

Phase 1: Self-exploration

You will explore and define your needs, values, interests, and strengths. We will use psychological tests, career cards, and various experiential and coaching techniques. You will also receive a digital client portfolio to keep all your outputs neatly organized.

Phase 2: Options and decision-Making

You will connect your profile with real opportunities in the job market or academia. You will explore specific job roles, internships, or fields of study and use decision-making techniques to narrow down your top choices.

Phase 3: Planning and action

Steps You will turn your decisions into a concrete action plan. You will create application documents such as a CV or cover letter and practice interview performance. In the final session, you will reflect on the counseling process and take away a comprehensive client portfolio for your next steps.

I believe that supporting self-awareness, building self-confidence, and recognizing one's strengths are key to unlocking a person's full potential."
