She was born on 21 December 1989 in Bratislava. She obtained her academic degrees and research and teaching rank at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of CU (FNS). In 2014, she completed her master's study in nuclear chemistry and radioecology and in 2015 she passed the rigorous exam. In 2018, she completed her doctoral studies in inorganic chemistry. She defended her habilitation thesis in the field of nuclear chemistry in 2022. In her research she focuses on the fuel cycle of nuclear energy installations. She is a member of the committee of the Slovak Nuclear Society and a member of the board of the Slovak Chemical Society. She conducted research at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and worked as a member of the international Ernst Mach research grant at the Austrian Institute of Technology in Tulln. After defending her dissertation in 2018–2020, she worked at the Department of Nuclear Chemistry, Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. Since 2020, she works at the Department of Nuclear Chemistry at FNS as associate professor. She is an avid populariser of natural sciences in education and promotes quality higher education at Comenius University.
