Acceptance/Learning agreement
When you are accepted, you can start choosing courses for your Learning Agreement (LA). In general, you complete your LA in your home university student IT system or at https://learning-agreement.eu according to advise of your home university (some universities use their inhouse IT system, other use common European IT tool to connect to EWP), After completing it, you digitally sign your LA and after signature of your home university, LA is automatically transferred via Erasmus without paper (EWP) to Comenius University Bratislava for signature. Same procedure applies for LA changes during mobility. Electronic LA is called Online Learning agreement (OLA) or Digital Learning agreement (DLA). All European universities participating at Erasmus programme should use EWP with OLA/DLA, therefore it is not necessary to use paper (.pdf) templates for LA. For students coming from other countries universities (under Erasmus KA171/ICM action), please upload your signed LA as .pdf file to your Mobility Online (our IT system managing mobilities) account.
See the list of offered courses. Should you have any questions concerning the LA, contact the mobility administrator at your host faculty.
Deadline for completion of your LA / OLA is 15 June (winter term / full year) / 15 December (summer term).
Accommodation
Due to ongoing renovations at the student dormitories, accommodation capacity for international students is significantly limited. Consequently, we cannot guarantee housing, and students are required to arrange their own private accommodation.
Students of the Jessenius Faculty of Medicine in Martin (JLF) can apply for dormitory accommodation in Martin.
Slovak language courses
Slovak language courses are available for all incoming students. You will be informed about the deadline for registration in advance. These courses are not mandatory. You can choose Survival Slovak during the Welcome Week and/or Slovak for beginners during the semester.
