TRAINEESHIP EXTENSION

The traineeship must be continuously linked – i.e. the student must apply for an extension of a stay at least 1 month before the expiry of the originally approved traineeship and, in the case of approval from CU, the extension date must immediately follow. The student applies for the extension of the traineeship in the Mobility online system. The student sends the request for extension of the stay in writing with a signature to the faculty and the Erasmus Office.

The student enters the following into the online mobility system: 

• Commercial insurance which must be subsequently extended for the duration of the stay
• Learning Agreement for Traineeships - part 2 with new commitments

All parties must confirm that the proposed changes to the Learning Agreement are approved. In case of any changes during the mobility, please contact your faculty coordinator.
