End of the Accommodation Process Implementation Phase
If you were not able to secure accommodation during the accommodation process, you have the option to submit an additional accommodation request directly on the website of the specific accommodation facility (Mlyny UK, Družba UK).
Accommodation at Družba UK after the reconstruction
- Starting next academic year, students of the Faculty of Education at Comenius University will once again be able to stay at Družba UK.
- Some rooms at Družba will only be available in the course of September, as we might need more time to complete the renovations and furnish the rooms. Students who choose a room in block D2 on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor, or room numbers 4, 5, or 6 on the mezzanine, will be able to move in starting September 16, 2024. For technical reasons, the payment will need to be made as specified in the notification of bed assignment. The accommodation department will inform you individually about any discounts. However, if for some reason you need to be in Bratislava earlier and your room is not finished, please contact the accommodation department, and they will provide you with alternative accommodation until your room is ready.

Complementary information
Stabilization
Stabilization of rooms in the electronic system has been withdrawn as of 4april2024.
Due to the change in capacity affiliation, the possibility to stablize applicants for accommodation at the following rooms at Družba will be cancelled:
D1 - 219, 220, 221, 222, 223 a 224, D2 - 4, 5, 6, 1009, 1011
Deposit, rent
Only newly admitted students pay the advance deposit. We recommend you to pay the advance deposit as soon as possible to ensure it arrives to 25july24. Payment by postal order will not be accepted.
The deposit advance can only be returned if the applicant for accommodation cancels his request for accommodation in the accommodation system ubytovanie.uniba.sk by 20july2023 and contacts the Coordinator for the Accommodation Process by e-mail.
We inform applicants for accommodation that the account to which you paid the deposit during the accommodation process is not used to pay the rent. The rent must be paid according to the instructions that can be found in the notice of accommodation allocation.
Room selection
Continuing international applicants will be included in the queue according to the same criteria as Slovak students, based on the quality criterion. They will be ranked in the queue of individual faculties according to their point totals. Applicants who are above the line will be divided into room selection on the 2nd and 3rd day.
Mixed accommodation
Applications for mixed student accommodation are first evaluated individually - both of the pair must be placed above the line in their faculty's waiting queue. Subsequently, the ranking in the waiting list for mixed accommodation is obtained by the sum of the point gain achieved by each pair of applying students.
If you have questions about accommodation process, you can contact CePIT.
