PRESIDENT OF THE AS CU

The competence of the President of the AS CU

 

Article 6 (1) of the Rules of Procedure of the AS CU regulates the competence of the President of the AS CU.

The President of the AS CU mainly

a.      represents the AS CU externally, especially in contact with other bodies of academic self-government of the CU and its faculties, senior staff of the CU, bodies of academic self-government of other higher education institutions and their faculties, bodies of representation of higher education institutions and other institutions,

b.     convenes and conducts meetings of the AS CU,

c.      signs resolutions of the AS CU and minutes of its meetings,

d.     convenes and conducts meetings of the Presidium of the AS CU,

e.      signs the resolutions of the Presidium of the AS CU and the minutes of its meetings,

f.      manages administrative, organizational and technical affairs of the AS CU,

g.     is a member of the College of the Rector of the CU by virtue of his or her position,

h.     is invited to meetings of the Management Board of the CU,

i.       performs other tasks entrusted to him or her by the AS CU or the Presidium of the AS CU.
