NOTICE – Graduation Ceremonies for PhD. Graduates in 2026

Office of Science, Research and Doctoral Studies at Comenius University in Bratislava (OVČDŠ RUK) announces the dates of the PhD. graduation ceremonies for the year 2026:

• Spring term: May 14, 2026 at 10:00
• Fall/Autumn terms: November 11 and 12, 2026 at 10:00 and 14:00

Invitations and the registration form for the Spring graduation ceremony on May 14, 2026 will be sent to graduates by email by April 20, 2026.

Participation is not possible without prior registration through the submitted form.

Please check the spam folder in all your inboxes (uniba.sk, gmail.com, etc.). If you have not received the invitation, please let us know.

NOTICE – Collection of PhD. diplomas during office hours

Documents certifying the completion of doctoral studies will primarily be handed over during the graduation ceremony.

If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, you may collect your doctoral study completion documents every Wednesday between 9:00–11:00 and 13:00–15:00. Please inform us by email of your preferred collection date and time at least one working day in advance.

If the diploma is to be collected by another person, a power of attorney certified by a notary public or registry office is required.
