Jozef Jančovič Re-elected as Dean of the CU FRCTH

On 16 October 2025, the Faculty of Roman Catholic Theology of Cyril and Methodius of Comenius University Bratislava (FRCTH) held its election for the position of dean.

There was one candidate for the post: the current dean, Jozef Jančovič. The electoral assembly convened in Bratislava on 16 October 2025 at 1:00 p.m. The election took place by secret ballot.

The election committee confirmed that Associate Professor ThDr. Ing. Jozef Jančovič, PhD., received the required majority of votes (11 votes) in the first round and was elected dean of the faculty for the term starting on 1 March 2026 and ending on 28 February 2030.
