On 9 November 2023, Rector Marek Števček and Vice-Rector for Education and Social Affairs Eva Viglašová received the athletes and members of the support team. The delegation brought their trophies and medals to the meeting. "With excitement we followed your successes at the tournament on social media, we kept our fingers crossed for you and we are very proud of you. I want to thank you for the exemplary way in which you represented the University," said the Rector of Comenius University Marek Števček and wished the athletes such continued success both in sport and in their personal lives.
The leader of the team, Tibor Balga from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport praised the dedication of all its members: "I want to thank them for representing the University in such great way, for their outstanding sports results, and for their commitment both on and off tracks and fields. It was very gratifying to see how the inter-faculty team came together and gave support to each other. Everyone contributed to the success: those who won medals, but also those who scored points, jointly taking the university to an overall first place. The footballers played the whole tournament without conceding a single goal, which is a very impressive outcome."
