Accomodation in academic year 2022/2023
Accommodation requests can be made via the accommodation system, like in the previous academic year.
However, due to technical reasons, the accommodation process has changed substantially for students with specific needs and for those who apply for partner accommodation. Read the new directive and schedule to learn about the changes.
Due to technical reasons, delegation of room selection will also not be possible.

The Accommodation Schedule lists all key dates in the academic year 2022/23.

Please note that the account to which the deposit at the start of the accommodation process is paid, differs from the one used to pay your rent. Rent shall be paid according to the instructions included in your Notice of Accommodation Allocation.
Accepted applicants who apply for accommodation at CU dormitories are obliged to pay the advance deposit no later than by 26 July, 2022 (note that payments are considered paid only when received at the account of the university).
The deposit advance can only be returned if the applicant for accommodation cancels his/her application via the accommodation system at ubytovanie.uniba.sk, and sends an e-mail to the Vice-rector for Education and Social Affairs no later than by date B3a of the Schedule.
In the academic year 2022/2023, the dormitories are undergoing extensive renovations (e.g. the entire VBA block at Mlyny) and some rooms are still set aside for COVID isolation. In the event that your room could not be retained, it has probably been allocated for one of these functions.
Applications for priority accommodation by applicants with specific needs should be submitted between 15 June, 2022 and 30 June 2022 using this link: Application for accommodation for students with specific needs.
Accepted applicants must pay the advance deposit by 26 July, 2022.
