A TOKYO FOUNDATION DELEGATION VISITS COMENIUS UNIVERSITY

On Friday 3 November 2017, Comenius University representatives met with members of a delegation from the Tokyo Foundation.

Comenius University welcomed a delegation from the Tokyo Foundation, which administers the Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (SYLFF). The delegation members were Yoko Kaburagi (programme director) and Tomoko Yamada. The visit took place on the 22nd anniversary of the SYLFF scholarship programme’s presence at Comenius University. The purpose of the meeting was to undertake a review of the programme, have a presentation of projects supported by SYLFF featuring scholarship holders, and to discuss the prospects for continuing the partnership with Comenius University representatives: The Vice-Rector for International Relations (Professor Daniela Ostatníková) and members of the SYLFF executive committee at Comenius University.
