THE CURRENT OPERATING HOURS OF THE MAIL ROOM AND THE STUDY DEPARTMENT AT THE UNIVERSITY RECTORATE

In order to ensure the health of students and staff of Comenius University, the individual departments of the Rectorate are operating under special circumstances. We are doing everything we can to minimize any inconvenience to staff, students, and third parties. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation during this period.

The Comenius University mail room is not open to the public. Please send letters and documents by post instead.

The number of the electronic mailbox for sending correspondence though the Central Public Administration Portal is E0006633599.

The Rectorate’s Study Department has cancelled its public hours until further notice. Please only use email communication. In exceptional situations, contact the department head Ivana Hladíková, who can advise on individual cases.

The issuing of documents proving the completion of studies has thus far been stopped until 15 April 2020.
