The 2024 Notable Personalities in Medicine award has laureates from CU

Forbes Slovakia published its 2024 ranking of 75 notable personalities in medicine in Slovakia The list includes dozens of members of our academic community, among others CU Vice-Rector Viera Štvrtinová, Dean of Faculty of Medicine Juraj Payer, and other experts from both of our faculties of medicine.

The 2024 Forbes Slovakia Notable Personalities in Medicine list was compiled in cooperation with professional organizations in healthcare, and other medical authorities. It includes experts across all disciplines and gives recognition to those who introduce innovative methods, perform complex surgeries, or do great work in outpatient facilities. Representatives of our university produce excellent research and pass on their knowledge to future generations of doctors.
