The Faculty of Law of Comenius University actively cooperates with foreign universities. Prof. Marek Števček and Dr. Sandra Meňhartová from the Department of Civil Law delivered lectures on The Influence of the ECJ's Jurisprudence on the Principle of Procedural Autonomy in Slovak Civil Procedure at the international scientific conference called THE EVOLUTION OF CIVIL PROCEDURE held at the University of Vienna.
