Our students won the prize for the best written submission

The team of the Faculty of Law of CU consisting of Stela Koštálová, Dominika Krištofičová and Dávid Školník (all 1st year students of the Master Programme) led by JUDr. Sara Kiššová, Ph.D. returns from the oral round of the Czech Society for European and Comparative Law Moot Court at the Supreme Administrative Court in Brno with a prize for the best written submission

In the first round of the competition, the team was assigned the task of writing a written submission on preliminary questions before the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning environmental damage. In the oral round they faced teams from Masaryk University in Brno.

They also presented their oral submissions to a panel chaired by JUDr. Zuzana Vikarská, Ph.D, a candidate for judge of the European Court of Human Rights.
