What this session includes:
- The goal is to teach learners how to create a presentation for a particular situation using PowerPoint.
- We learn how to create presentation using templates, how to select background and how to manage transitions between the slides.
- We will show how to animate objects, how to time the presentation, how to insert multimedia and how to make presentation ready to be published on MS Stream or Youtube.
- Further we will learn how to present information efficiently and how to improve your presenting abilities.
- Participants should gain useful tools, tips and tricks for gaining and keeping attention of the audience and how to manage crisis situations in discussions.

Day 1 October 11, 2022, 9:30 to 11:30
- Get to know PowerPoint application:
- Creating a new presentation,
- Templates,
- Inserting objects,
- Suggestions and transitions,
- Animations,
- Timing, recording, subtitles,
- How to export your file to .wmv and how to publish it on YouTube, MS Stream
- Basic features of modern presentation, dynamic elements, creating a multimedia presentation
Day 2 October 18, 2022, 9.30 to 11.30
- How to analyze audience and recognize its specifics – why is this important part of modern presentation
- Introduction to basic verbal communication techniques
- How to work with questions the audience might ask
- Basic non-verbal communication specifics
- Analysis and structuring of information we want to relay during the presentation
- Introduction to basic presentation tools and its use during a presentation
Day 3, October 25, 2022, 9.30 to 11.30
- Introduction to logistics and organization of preparing and giving a presentation.
- How to develop creativity for presentations to become innovative and full of interesting ideas
- Presenting in front of audience and recording, feedback, suggestions for improvement

- Forms and elements of a presentation, goals, structure, how to start and end a presentation, searching and processing information
- How to effectively formulate ideas, how to make a good impression
- Presenting yourself – verbal and nonverbal communication, self-confidence, what to do and what to avoid, how analyze your own behavior, how to fix mistakes, argumentation, quick and defensive answers to questions.
- Analysis of a target group, different ways of information processing, audience analysis, how to involve audience, gain and maintain their attention
