Bulk mail

  • Participants: All Comenius University employees who create content to be sent to multiple users (envelopes, invitations, announcements, reminders).
  • What this session includes: how to create one document, and how to set up parameters to change and create individual documents for each addressee in just a few clicks.

We will go over rules and conditions when creating bulk mail.

We will also introduce situations when using bulk mail is not appropriate.

We will look at examples - positive ones to see how simple and fast bulk mail can be, as well as negative ones to show how it should not look like.
